Beyond Tourism Travel is committed to fair and honest dealings with its clients at all times. A high level of preparation is conducted to make the tours both interesting and memorable. During the tours clients are looked after with close attention to detail.

A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure a booking. A further payment of 40% is due 6 months before the tour commencement date and the remaining 40% is due 3 months before the first day of the tour. Prices indicated are land content only.

If a booking is cancelled more than 3 months before the first day of the tour the payments are reimbursed excluding the 20% non-refundable deposit. There is no reimbursement within 3 months of the tour commencement date. Each travelling participant is required to take out Travel Insurance.
